Definitions
When we say “Prosperr.io/ Prosperr/company” we mean prosperr.io pvt ltd. We also refer to “we”, “us” and “our/ours” as the employees, directors and agents who are authorized by Prosperr.io to carry out company-related work. In order to verify if a person is associated with Prosperr, always ask for an email id from the domain “prosperr.io”.
Ban on Behaviors and Activities
- We do not allow any illegal activities while using our Super Saver Product.
- Spamming or scamming of the service or other users is prohibited.
- Hacking or tampering with your website or app is strictly forbidden.
- Harassment or threatening of our employees or agents will not be tolerated.
Account Eligibility with Prosperr.io’s Super Saver Plan
- You must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years of age.
- You must not forge or overwrite any document to misrepresent the truth.
- You must answer all questions honestly when interacting with our advisors or employees.
- Please do not break any rules. If you are unaware of any rule, please ask our advisor for clarification.
User Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information; maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials; and comply with all applicable laws when using Prosperr.io.
Termination and Suspension of Services and Products
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if any of the following activities are observed:
- Publishing the content of the website, advice shared by the advisor, or any calculation that is meant for your viewership, without written permission.
- Sharing your account credentials with any person, agency or company.
- Non-payment of subscription fee
Data Usage and Privacy
By using Prosperr.io’s Super Saver Product, you agree that we may collect, process, store, and use your personal and financial data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, enabling tax advisory and filing assistance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Data shared by you (including documents, identification details, and financial inputs) will be accessed only by authorized personnel bound by confidentiality. We do not sell or trade your data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted partners or service providers who are contractually obligated to maintain strict data protection standards. All data usage is governed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which we urge you to review. If you wish to revoke access to your data or request deletion, you may contact us at support@prosperr.io.
Legal Liabilities and Scope of this Tool
Super Saver is meant to reduce your personal effort in calculating and managing your taxes. The accuracy of the tool is driven and limited by the function, computation, and accuracy of machines in general, and the coder in particular. Any discrepancy found will be corrected as soon as possible, but the company will not be liable for any loss that may have occurred due to such inaccuracy. However, the company will try to rectify the issue with the best possible solution.
ITR Filing and Other Document Preparation
This product is intended to provide help with tax preparation and to give nudges to optimize taxes. Since everything is driven by technology, the tax computation is driven by data provided by users/clients, and we do not have the capability to verify the data submitted by users. The advisor assigned to you will help you to understand the rules that are forecasted by the Indian government and explain what is the best possible solution for you. It is always advisable to get the documents reviewed by the machine/code to find discrepancies, if any.
Refund and Cancellation of Service
- We provide a limited number of users with a "refund policy". Please check if your profile is eligible for a refund.
- Users may request a refund only through the company email id. Users cannot claim a refund through their card provider or banks.
- Refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis.
- Refund can only be claimed within 30 days from the day of payment.

Prosperr.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, Prosperr.io’s liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user in the past 12 months.
Payment and Scope of Payment
We sell yearly subscription plans, which means that you cannot use this service on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Clearance of pending payment is the sole responsibility of the user/client.
In case we do not receive payment, we will stop the service without any notice.
Once an advisor suggests some opportunity to save tax in different sections, it is the responsibility of the user to pay/purchase the product with either another company or Prosperr. The decision is solely up to the client.
We do not provide any kind of advice related to stocks or derivatives. Please do not ask our advisors for such advice.
Force Majeure
Prosperr.io shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, legal changes, cyber attacks, or internet outages
Legal Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, all the legal complaints must be handled in "Bangalore-High Court".
