We at Prosperr.io are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a customer may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for our paid services and are subject to the following conditions:
- Full refund will be issued if Prosperr fails to fulfill its commitments during the plan tenure.
- Full refund in case the Prosperr.io team fails to complete the task before the assigned due date by the Government of India.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe it is fraudulent or if the customer is in breach of our terms and conditions.
