- Date you started working for your employer

- Department

- Employee ID

Location Information:

We do not request, access, or track any location-based information from your mobile device while you download or use our Mobile Apps.

Data Collected as a Service Provider:

As a service provider, Prosperr.io only collects information as instructed by our Customer (your employer). Our Master Subscription Agreement governs the delivery, access, and use of the Services and Mobile Apps, including the processing of Personal Information and data submitted through Service accounts. Your employer controls their Platform and any associated client data. If you have questions about specific Platform settings, the processing of your Personal Information within the Platform, or its privacy practices, please contact your employer's Platform administrator.

Device File Access:

When you use our Mobile Apps, we may ask for permission to access your device's files and photo storage. This allows you to upload screenshots, pictures, and files as you choose. You can revoke this access at any time through your device settings. We will not access or use your device's files or photo storage without your explicit permission and selection.

Device Information:

We utilize mobile analytics software to better understand how our Mobile Apps function on your device. This software may record information such as your application usage frequency, in-app events, aggregated usage data, performance data, and the source of the application download. We do not link this analytics data to any Personal Information you submit within the Mobile Apps. When you download and use the Mobile Apps, we automatically collect device information such as your operating system version, device type, hardware usage statistics, etc.

Prosperr.io will only share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Prosperr.io in the following limited circumstances:

Prosperr.io Benefits Mobile App Data Sharing: The Prosperr.io Benefits mobile app operates under contractual agreements between employers and Prosperr.io. App services are accessible only to the employees of these organizations. Prosperr.io will share Employee information and data with the Employer according to the terms and conditions of the agreement with the Employer.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of Prosperr.io, its users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
